Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including its Additional Terms, We grant You the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable right to access and use the Services and Our Information solely for Your personal use or internal business purposes.
In addition, You and Your Users may not access the Services for purposes of (a)monitoring the performance or functionality, of the Services (b) showing the Services or Our Information to any Competitor or third party not governed by this Agreement or (c) for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.ġ.1 Permitted Use. which may be withheld for any or no reason.
